Mental health is in everything we are and do.
And there isn’t just one way to communicate about mental health.
If you’re brand new here, this marks the end of the first week of a new schedule for The Mental Health Update.
For the first four and a half months, I emailed a new issue every day.
After collecting a ton of subscriber feedback with a survey, I changed the schedule this week to sharing 5 issues–on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday–and then two weekend issues, with one being an experimental issue.
This is the first experimental issue.
Major changes are happening in the world, and this is my attempt to change with it. Now, more than ever, we need to evolve how we connect with one another.
Our mental health requires it.
With that being said, here is my very first Mental Health (VIDEO) Update.
